Sell my house during coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic

The way we do life is changing drastically and quickly during this Coronavirus Pandemic, for people and business alike. The Real Estate industry is no exception. Some Sellers are deciding to pull their homes off the market and wait until this passes to list, but that is not an option for everyone.

If you are selling your house in this market, we can help you get it done in an efficient and safe way.

Virtual Tour

We will create a video or virtual tour for potential buyers to view your home. This will drastically limit the amout of people in and out of your home. The virtual tour will give Buyers a good feel for what your home is like BEFORE seeing it in person, helping them decide if yours is a house they would like to tour in person before making an offer. The number of tours your home gets will decrease from the usual market, but the Buyers who are looking will be more serious; which is what we want!

No Open Houses

With the current guidelines of no gatherings of 10 people or more, we are not holding open houses during this time. It would be impossible to regulate how many people would be in and out of an open house on any given day, so open houses are not permissable at this time. We are, however, holding "virtual" open houses on live social media platforms to increase marketing opportunities for your sale.

Show-ready

While you should always keep your home "show-ready" in any market, right now it's important to clean your home as thoroughly as you can before and after any scheduled showings in order to create the safest possible environment for everyone involved. We can require that every person who views your home wear protective booties, and wash hands upon entering and exiting your home.

Using Technology

Thank goodness for technology! We are able to present your offers via face-time or zoom meetings, use electronic signature services, and even use a Remote Notary for closing documents! We're taking the distance approach as much as possible, and technology allows us to be with you "virtually" every step of the way.

We're Here to Help

In closing, know that we are here to help you! We are following CDC guidelines, and using every precaution to help you sell your home in these uncertain times. If you need to sell your home, or just want to get more information; give us a call or click the "contact me now" tab at the top of this page. We are more than happy to schedule a virtual consultation at your convenience.
