Crisp cool mornings, leaves beginning to change, colorful mums everywhere.  I love this time of year in Pasadena. Signs for Fall Bazaar's, pumpkin farms, corn mazes, apple cider, Fall Festivals...all great ways to bring communities together.  Fall is also a great time to buy or sell a home.  The Housing market is great, interest rates are still low...please call me if you need real estate assistance!
