About Kathryn

I am a realtor who has lived in Maryland west and east of the Bay bridge most of my life. I currently live in the quaint eastern shore town of Denton, Maryland. I enjoy time with my family and friends on the Maryland and Delaware eastern shore. 

I decided to focus my education on becoming a realtor in 1991 while raising my three amazing children who are now successful adults with their own wonderful children.

I loved the real estate field so much I affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and went on to achieve the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation to ensure I am providing excellent service, and productive negotiation and sales skills for my buyers and sellers.

As fate would have it, a career position I could not refuse changed my course. I enjoyed a successful full-time career in Customer Care Management for twenty-three years for a medical documentation service company while working part-time in Real Estate. This career was perfect for me as I am happiest when working with and helping people. The career gave me the opportunity to assist colleagues in purchasing and selling their homes. However, after twenty-three years, I decided enthusiastically to leave this career in 2022 to pursue my passion in real estate sales and service full-time.

I will dedicate my time now to provide professional effective real estate sales service for my buyers and sellers and be of service to the community.
