About David

Helping my clients achieve success is #1!  I started working in Real Estate in April 1999 in a small appraisal office in Kensington, MD.  By 2002 I was a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and opened my own company.  In 2005 I became a Certified Appraiser and member of my local Realtor Association in the DMV area (DC, MD, VA) and began consulting for Residential Investors.  In 2008 I became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  Now I bring 23 years of experience to Team Alpha Charlie and Douglas Realty.  Having taken part in 100s of hours of continuing education, I am always striving to educate myself further in the constant- evolving Real Estate Industry.  Using up-to-date technology, start of the art marketing and professional negotiating tactics I will support the modern needs for buyers, sellers and investors in all aspects of the Real Estate Transaction.  Having Coached Select Baseball for 7 years and still a fulltime proud parent, I understand the required dedication to succeed assisting my clients.  I enjoy swimming, skiing, baseball and hockey as an avid sports participant and fan.  I was a professional photographer from 1994-1999 prior to my Real Estate career and after attending University of Maryland Business School and am still enthusiastic for the Art of Photography.
