About Ginnie

My passion for real estate is rooted in personal experience. I began my housing journey as a renter while my husband served in the U.S. Navy, followed by multiple moves both locally and across the country. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the stress, uncertainty, and logistics that come with relocating—and the importance of having a trusted professional by your side.

After my husband’s military service, we purchased our first home, where I learned what homeownership truly entails. From inspections and maintenance to home improvements that increase value, I gained practical knowledge that now benefits my clients when buying, selling, or preparing a home for the market.

Before entering real estate, I built a strong foundation in the financial industry, working my way from teller to mortgage supervisor. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, identify client needs, and match them with the right solutions. I developed an in-depth understanding of mortgage programs and the critical role financing plays in a successful real estate transaction.

Today, I combine my personal journey and professional expertise to guide clients through every step of buying or selling a home.
